Refund/ Cancelation Policy

DASZ Learning Center LLC (hereinafter referred to as  “DASZ”) is a financial literacy company committed to providing high-quality online classes, workshops, financial coaching, and tax preparation services. Our offerings are designed to empower you with knowledge and skills in homeownership, credit, budgeting, debt management, savings, and starting a business through interactive sessions conducted via Zoom. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled to ensure clarity and satisfaction for our clients.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Customer Initiated Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in any of our online classes workshops, or other services we require notification of cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the session. Cancellations must be submitted via email to our customer service team.

  • Company Initiated Cancellations: In the unlikely event that DASZ must cancel a class or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and will be eligible to reschedule or receive a credit according to the terms below.

 

Refund Policy

  • No Cash Refunds: DASZ does not offer cash refunds for any cancellations. Instead, we provide credits for future use within our range of services.

  • Credit Issuance: When a cancellation is made in accordance with our cancellation policy, or in the case of a company-initiated cancellation, a credit equivalent to the full value of the payment made will be issued to the participant.

  • Validity of Credits: Credits issued are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of the original purchase. These credits can be used towards enrolling in other classes, workshops, or for any of our financial coaching and tax preparation services.

  • Non-Transferable Credits: Credits are non-transferable and must be used by the individual to whom they are issued.

 

Process for Requesting Cancellations and Credits

  1. Notification: To request a cancellation and credit, please send an email to our customer service team with your name, telephone number, the service you are canceling, and the date of purchase.

  2. Confirmation: Upon processing your cancellation request, we will send you an email confirmation along with details of the credit issued, including the amount and expiration date.

 

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis in extraordinary circumstances, such as severe illness or family emergency. Documentation may be required for exceptions to be granted.

 

Changes to Policy

DASZ reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website. We encourage clients to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
